Miracle League

Fundraiser Dinner

The Miracle League of Valdosta holds its annual fundraiser every March, and we are delighted to partner with them to provide production for their event. One of the challenges for this event is ensuring that everyone can see and hear what is happening on stage. This was accomplished by placing TVs and speakers in the different areas and using a camera feed to broadcast the keynote speaker on the TVs. 

Fundraising is a vital part of every non-profit’s existence, but production doesn’t have to be a burden on your bottom line. We want to work with you to make your event a success and ensure that more of the funds you raise can be used where they are needed the most.

Premium Peanut

Shareholder Luncheon

For the past three years, we have provided event production support for Premium Peanut’s shareholder luncheon. During lunch, shareholders enjoy an update from the CEO of Premium Peanut, including an overview of the past year’s season and forecasts for the upcoming season. The CEO’s report is projected onto two screens via projectors on either side of the stage, and they use a wireless microphone to ensure their report is heard throughout the room. This is an event we look forward to every year because the team at Preimum Peanut is great to work with, and they always have great food for lunch!

Passionately Pink

Breast Cancer Fundraiser

When we got the call from the ladies at Passionately Pink, we were excited to have the opportunity to work on such a fun fundraiser. The premise for this event was to play B.I.N.G.O. for designer purses, with the funds raised going to Breast Cancer Research. The challenge was to ensure that all participants could hear and see the B.I.N.G.O. numbers when they were called. To meet this challenge, we placed speakers in strategic locations around the gymnasium for adequate sound coverage. We then used a bingo caller application to project the current game’s numbers on the screen as they were being called. It’s a lot of fun to watch!
